In June, Denis Menchov of Team Rabobank won the 2009 Giro d’Italia. In this video, witness the drama of the most exciting Giro in 100 years.
Riding the Giant TCR Advanced SL bicycle and the Giant Trinity Advanced SL TT/Tri bike, Denis won Stages 5 and 12. He then claimed the Maglia Rosa for good with an unbelievable comeback after a heart-stopping fall in the final kilometer of the final stage time trial.
